Proclinical are recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Merseyside.
Responsibilities:
- Implement order management and goods delivery procedures using SAP, guaranteeing compliance with legal, regulatory and company needs.
- You will execute an inventory replenishment method, reconcile toll manufacturing materials, and uphold a 24-month master production schedule.
- Monitor allocated inventory management procedures, perform routine evaluations of inventory targets, as well as conduct reconciliations and cycle count with agreed schedules.
- Assist resolution of capacity constraints, acknowledge supply concerns, and support the site operational actions, which involves financial and legal reconciliations.
- Arrange alterations in packaging components and partake in launch and product life cycle management actions.
- Work in performance metrics, recognise improvements, and contribute to both EEM and international Supply Chain initiatives.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Fluency in the English language.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Educated to a degree level in a Supply Chain, technical, engineering or business field.
- Demonstrable experience within a Supply Chain role with operational SAP usage.
- Expertise on SAP or any other MRP systems.
- Acquaintance with international Supply Chain as well as within a GMP setting/pharmaceutical production would be ideal.
- Project and change management abilities.
- Capable of balancing competing targets and interests.
