Job Title: Supply Chain Analytics and Reporting Manager
Location: UK, Remote
Compensation: up to £52,000 + Benefits

The Role
As a Supply Chain Analytics and Reporting Manager, you will have a role that is out of the ordinary. Our Procurement Function is transforming the way we operate in order to support current and future business goals, via a focus on delivering value, assuring supply and building capability.
Day to day, you will work with stakeholders to deliver Management Information (MI) platforms, which enable the function to make strategic decisions that support current and future business goals through focusing on delivering value, assuring supply and building capability, leading and co-ordinating the monthly performance reporting routine.
  • Manage the development of a Management Information platform
  • Manage the build and governance of data tables for the P&SC function within the data warehouse
  • Manage the development of AI tools and techniques to deliver predictive analysis & improve data quality
  • Lead the performance reporting publication routine and performance reviews
  • Provide coaching and support to a team of analysts
  • Compile and publish reports on a routine basis

This role is a full-time, 37 hours per week. It follows a remote working arrangement with the requirement to travel to Devonport Royal Dockyard, Plymouth once a month.
Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met. We are happy to consider flexible, blended working, including part-time, condensed hours, and job sharing. Please ask about alternative patterns of work at interview.
Essential experience of the Supply Chain Analytics and Reporting Manager
  • The use of programming language such as Power Query M Language, Python & SQL
  • Development of MI tools such as Power BI & QlikView
  • Development of SharePoint platforms & use of Nintex workflows
  • The build & governance of data frameworks in data warehouses or equivalent

Qualifications for the Supply Chain Analytics and Reporting Manager

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
