This is a 2-month fixed term contract with good chances to be extended.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for global suppliers and manufacturers and in charge of managing the Supply Chain process in the smoothest way possible, as well as working cross-functionally with teams from the wider business.
This business has undergone rapid growth in the past few years and is planning to double in size over the next 4-5 years. This opportunity will allow you to grow your skills as a junior candidate or to give a good overlook of the FMCG industry if you are looking for a change.
Responsibilities
- You will raise purchase orders and liaise with global suppliers & production to support sales forecasts
- Manage and communicate with different teams and with factories.
- Analyse stock and supply, to guarantee the perfect availability.
- Support the Supply Chain team to let the operations run perfectly.
- Work closely with demand planners to ensure accurate supply forecasts and availability.
Requirements
- Experience working with suppliers or 3PLs
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Resilience and flexibility under change
- Advanced Excel skills
