Job Title:Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator
Location: The offices are within 20-30 mins from Braintree, Colchester, Sudbury & Witham. You will need to drive due to rural location (I hope you like fields)
Role Type: Full Time Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:15am to 5pm (Mon -Thursday) early finish on a Friday 4pm!
Office: The role is 5 days a week office based due to the nature of the role & collaboration within team, of course they have flexibility around personal appointments & child care.
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up customer accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Managing all inbound and outbound emails effectively
- Updating customer accounts and providing timely order status updates
- Preparation of shipping documents, invoices and packaging list
- Handling of incoming call and ensuring excellent customer service
- Reconciliation of account using bespoke software
- Managing products as low temperatures with care
- Efficiently packing goods in the warehouse for dispatch
- Manual handling and organisation of office equipment orders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction
- Familiarity with SAGE or similar software
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar line of work
