Supply Chain Coordinator

CCL Global are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to be based in Nottingham. We are looking for a high-reaching Supply Chain Coordinator to come in and deal with daily Supply Chain tasks and help with customer care and create strong and long lasting relationships with customers. Our client is in the packaging industry mainly dealing in the food and textile markets and with the addition of a new and improved factory there is an opportunity for a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to come in and not only make an impact in the business but also achieve highly, learn and improve their skills.

Location: Nottingham

Type of Contract: Full-Time, permanent

Shifts: Day Shift

Key Duties will include:

• To liaise with customers both in person and by telephone and other internal Departments like Production Administration Departments
• Coordinate and interpret data from several external sources to accurately work out a customer’s requirements.
• Deputise for the Supply Chain Manager as and when reasonably required to do so.
• Provide support to the sales team, both internally and externally.
• To adhere to safe working  practices operated within the Department in line with Health & Safety regulations / policies.
• To support key account managers to ensure customer care and quality customer service.

Requirements:

• Good standard of education
• Customer service background, phone experience
• Print and Packaging experience (Cartons / Textiles / Corrugated / Food Packaging)
• Computer literate (Excel / Word etc)
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Communicational skills
• Posses good attention to detail and be able to analyse data and spot trends or anomalies.
