Job Description
- Part of the Senior Leadership team to drive the operational performance of the business.
- Lead the Supply Chain function from end to end, providing a strategic approach but still with high operational proficiency.
- Manage a high performing Supply Chain team: Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Logistics.
- Lead LT Capacity Planning, partnering closely with Manufacturing sites.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate supplier contracts.
- Manage 3P Logistics and the relationship with key fulfilment partners.
The Successful Applicant
- +10 years of Supply Chain Management experience in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry.
- Educated to degree level ideally (Engineering, Business).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced driving initiatives and Supply Chain Transformation.
