ROLE SUMMARY
This role will focus on revamping processes, governance & system capabilities around Total Logistics Costs (TLC) of the company Group. Scope of project covers Primary & Secondary TLC across all product categories and all components i.e., Air Freight, Sea Freight, Road Freight & Warehousing.
ROLE DETAILS
- Document AS-IS: Understand current business processes, governance structure and system capabilities for TLC of the company group.
- Establish Improvement Opportunities: Engage with all relevant stakeholders to identify challenges/opportunities for improvements. Prepare relative prioritization of all opportunities in alignment with Line Manager.
- Project Management: Convert top priority opportunities into projects, establish project milestones and success criteria, lead as project manager, and deliver as per success criteria.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Expected to manage multiple stakeholders at various levels (all the way up to senior management) across the group in various time zones. Lead presentations, manage alignment meetings, manage workshops and wider townhall/cascade sessions.
- Establish TO-BE: As part of projects delivery, establish new (to-be) processes, governance & system driven execution for various components of TLC.
- Ad-hoc support: Provide support to SNO Finance colleagues, if required, on ad-hoc basis.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
MUST HAVE:
- Professional Qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
- Experience of working in operations finance at mid-senior position in a global FMCG
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of finance systems & tools (SAP & BPC)
- Expert level capability of operating in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint
- Excellent communication, presentation and power points slides development skills.
- Demonstrated capability to influence without authority in a matrix structure.
