To manage a 24hr / 7 day week Supply Chain operations at the site to maximise use of all resources for optimum contribution. As a member of the site senior leadership team the post is accountable for delivering SUPPLY CHAIN strategy.
What you’ll need
- Proven senior management and leadership experience within a Supply Chain environment within the FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing experience
- Capacity Planning/Modelling
- Commercial awareness
- Practical ‘hands on approach’
- Tenacity
- Demonstrable leadership and team building skills
- Influencing/ Negotiating skills
- Line management experience
- Can demonstrate the ability to solve difficult problems with original and creative ideas
- Must be able to demonstrate success in working in a dynamic, fast paced environment, keeping focused on key priorities.
