Job Title : Logistics Analyst / Supply chain Planner
Location : London ( Westminster)
Salary : 35-40,000
The Role :
- Managing wholesale orders from initiation at the warehouse to invoicing.
- Collaborating with broader teams to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Using data analysis tools and software to identify trends, patterns, and bottlenecks in the logistics process, providing actionable insights to management.
- Using Gsheets & Excel to simplify and present data accordingly
- Creating and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of logistics operations, offering regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Supporting warehouse management by sharing detailed KPIs, enabling continuous improvement for successful product, retail, and market launches.
- Speaking with Internal and external Stakeholders to improve processes and over all client relationship
- Providing forecast and predictions to wider team to keep inline with UK / Eu Trends
- Overall End to End management of Supply chain ( Manufacturing product to end user)
The Ideal Candidate :
- B2B & B2C Experience (1yr)
- Supply chain planning Experience
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Project work
- Forecasting Short/Long term
- Bachelors Degree in Supply chain management / Transport
- Data Driven Mindset / Process management
