Responsible for managing the customer demand for the Specialty and Consumer business units with the key objective of meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers downstream and our upstream product supply partners. Delivering a great service to our customers through strong product availability and inventory control with a consistent focus on proactive Supply Chain management which in turn will deliver sound commercial benefit for our business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Own product availability and inventory outcomes in a batch and expiry date-controlled environment for the Specialty and Consumer business.
- Ensure financial risk liability for close expiring, slow moving and obsolete stock is mitigated and minimized.
- Own supply planning for the Biotech, Consumer and Medical Device categories across the Specialty and Consumer businesses.
- Represent the Specialty and Consumer businesses from a Supply Chain perspective at Operational level.
- Engage and onboard cross functional stakeholders (Quality and Regulatory, Operations; Transport; Finance; IT) who have critical roles to play in enabling good supply outcomes.
