The Supply Chain Planner will be a critical link in the procurement and Supply Chain department of our retail industry client, ensuring the smooth operation of the Supply Chain process. The role will involve a shift pattern of Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday and will be fully on site with no hybrid option.

Description
- Manage and optimise the Supply Chain process to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyse and predict demand trends to optimise inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Implement strategies to minimise Supply Chain disruption and costs.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain process.
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Planner should have:
- A degree in Supply Chain management, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain management in the FMCG Food or Fresh Produce environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a strong network of suppliers.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain management software.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
