Role Title: Supply Chain Planning Manager

PositionPermanent Partner 

Hours of Work: Full Time, 35 Hours, working Monday to Friday. 

This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and Bracknell. Working two days a week in the office and three days from home.

Salary: £48,800.00 - 75,000.00, Annual

 

About the role

As a Supply Chain Planning Manager in Grocery you will use your end to end knowledge of Supply Chain and ability to interpret data, to control the efficient flow of stock through the Supply Chain network. You will achieve this through working collaboratively with colleagues across Trading and Supply Chain and by developing and empowering your team to deliver plans that maximise the utilisation of the Supply Chain network, to deliver the best possible business outcomes. 

 

You will be committed in identifying and communicating capacity issues before they arise, and ensure that your stakeholders are engaged in agreeing potential solutions and trade-off decisions. You will make a significant contribution to ensure the Supply Chain operation is efficient and effective in delivering products and services to our customers, and will ensure customer satisfaction through stock availability - having the right product, in the right amount, in the right place at the right time.

Essential skills you’ll need 

  • Understanding and utilising Complex data 

  • Previous experience of people management. 

  • Proven working experience in a Supply Chain or other complex environment, applying innovative problem solving, numerical skills and commercial acumen to deliver quality insight and analysis. 

  •  Experience of working with a range of stakeholders across a variety of functions and levels
