Job description

The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will provide support and guidance on all Supply Chain related system activities for Petrofac’s Asset Solutions business in UK in accordance with the SCM functional objectives.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Focal Point this position will be required to work on their own initiative dealing directly with the business line stakeholders, to plan, develop and troubleshoot Supply Chain activities in line with Petrofac best practice.

12 MONTH - PAYE DAY RATE CONTRACT

Accountable for the planning, support and integration of all Supply Chain System activities required within the business line.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholder to advise, plan and implement the delivery of systems solutions.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, design, build, test and deployment of Supply Chain system solutions
  • Drive resolution of ERP system incidents and errors
  • Approval of ERP roles for end user within Supply Chain functions
  • Interface with data science team to build Supply Chain dashboards
  • Act as focal point for new systems or potential system improvements
  • Analyse Supply Chain data and review where applicable to share performance metrics
  • Provide guidance and training on systems to members of Supply Chain team
  • Ensure all Supply Chain activities preserve the company’s legal and commercial integrity and that company’s and client’s governance controls are adhered too.
  • Ensure all Supply Chain activities are carried out in accordance with Company policies, processes and procedures.

The role will require the individual to:

  • Development of strategies in support of system integration
  • Provide accurate updates and reporting to key internal stakeholders in support of systems delivery
  • Identify risks and opportunities with Supply Chain systems

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • End to End Supply Chain system knowledge
  • Understanding of Supply Chain system architecture
  • Experienced in the tactical deployment of Supply Chain Systems.
  • Possess communication skills to build confidence and influence various internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems is essential.

Degree in Supply Chain Management and/or professional qualification (MCIPS, SCMP, CPM) or related subjects preferred.

  • Extensive end to end Supply Chain experience within system delivery
  • Ability to develop strong internal relationships
  • Highly motivated, driven and pro-active who can interpret and constantly seeks to achieve solutions
  • Flexibility to comply and adapt to company and customer requirements
  • Actively promotes good business ethics.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety.

Good IT skills in MS packages and experience in specific Procurement system such as ORACLE, etc
