Role overview
As a Supply Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our students' education. Here's what you'll be doing:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons You'll design and deliver high-quality lessons that cover all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. These lessons will ignite curiosity, inspire creativity, and foster a love for learning. Assessing and monitoring progress You'll assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and report to parents and carers. Your insights will guide each child's development journey. Creating a nurturing environment Providing pastoral care and support, you'll ensure a secure and positive learning environment. Your warmth and encouragement will help children flourish. Visual aids and resources You'll develop and produce visual aids and teaching resources. These tools will enhance learning experiences and engage young minds. Promoting mathematical and creative development Through stories, songs, games, drawing, and imaginative play, you'll encourage both mathematical and creative growth. Every day will be an adventure!
