About the Role

An opportunity to join our dynamic operations team has become available, as Supply Planning Administrator within Bibendum Off Trade.  Bibendum Off Trade is a team of dedicated Off Trade wine specialists that sit within the broader C&C group. As part of that organisation, we have access to a portfolio of world class producers, who can supply fantastic quality trade up & premium brands and also develop value adding own label products.  Using our industry leading category & consumer insight and multifunctional experts in technical logistics & marketing, we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach and helping our customers meet their business objectives.

The UK pack team is responsible for maintaining the availability of a portfolio of wines across a number of customers, all packed within the UK.  As Supply Planning Administrator, you will support the objectives of the team with a mix of administrative and planning tasks. You will be required to develop strong relationships with dry goods suppliers, hauliers and wine suppliers in order to deliver the best possible service to our customers. You’ll also be required to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, possess excellent communication skills, a proactive, tenacious approach and, most importantly, want to be a part of a close-knit, highly collaborative team.

This is a development role where progression to a Supply Planner is likely for the candidate with the right experience.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Ordering all dry goods and monitoring value and cover based on KPI’s, including tracking inbound delivery and service level, plus forecast requirements
  • Primary contact for Freight Forwarders, resolve shipping queries, ensure on time delivery, including management and accuracy of import documentation
  • Updating weekly reporting and sharing with our bottling partners and other team members, including:
    - Weekly stock reports
    - Bulk Trackers
  • Product set-up, cost price, and product maintenance in the system (NetSuite) including:
    - Updating GRNs
    - Completing Assembly Builds
    - Resolving Assembly Build queries
  • KPI tracking, including:
    - Late delivery tracker and supplier re-charging where required
    - Wastage tracking and recharging where required
  • Review shipping, filling, dry goods and origination invoices. – resolve queries where necessary

About you 

  • Knowledge of FMCG or retail, specifically within supply chain
  • Previous experience working in an operations role
  • An interest in and knowledge of wine is desirable
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Proactive approach to resolving business challenges
  • Outgoing personality, with strong communication skills
  • Good understanding of forecasts, supply and demand
  • Able to deliver high degree of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Hardworking nature with a desire to learn and develop skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced in Excel, or confidence to learn, and proficient in Microsoft
