Main Responsibilities of a Supply Planning Analyst
- Oversight of the entire Supply Chain process involving major 3rd party suppliers across all deployment streams.
- Management of inventory across Terminals, Network, and PPOS throughout the deployment project.
- Coordination of logistics and shipping to meet internal and external business needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Google suite applications and Microsoft suite applications.
- Previous familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, SAP, and/or other business systems/databases.
- Prior involvement with customer-facing teams or within a customer services environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in a customer contact domain.
- Capability to organize and prioritise numerous activities.
- Awareness of the commercial consequences of personal decisions/actions
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of resolving intricate issues.
- Previous engagement in customer liaison
