I am recruiting for a highly numerate and analytical Supply, Pricing, and Inventory Administrator to join a growing team.
This role is ideal for someone eager to provide strategic insights and information to senior managers within a leading Fortune 100 brand. The successful candidate will oversee the recording of day-to-day liftings from their national supply locations and depots.
Day to day of the role:
- Record company liftings on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with suppliers to reduce left on board and prevent stockouts.
- Capture and monitor third-party supplier prices and advise the sales team accordingly.
- Issue and create internal and external price lists.
- Assist with Inventory Management, including managing stock levels in wet depots and ex-rack facilities.
- Liaise with management and representatives to assist with price support.
- Reconcile supplier reports and purchases.
- Work closely with third-party haulage providers.
- Ensure all processes are completed in line with Audit and Compliance standards.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Data or Pricing Analyst in an office environment is highly advantageous.
- Essential office experience and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong numerical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong team working skills.
- Experience in analysing commodity and financial markets to provide key insights to management is desirable.

Hours of work are: 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday - initially working 5 days a week in the office
