We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Supply Teachers to join our pool of talented educators in Waltham Forest.
The Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools across Waltham Forest, covering short-term absences of regular classroom teachers. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work while gaining valuable experience in different school settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons based on pre-prepared lesson plans.
• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
• Providing support and guidance to students to help them achieve their full potential.
• Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Completing administrative tasks, such as marking registers and reporting incidents or concerns as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Previous experience working as a teacher, preferably in a primary or secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and year groups.
• Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to undergo checks.
