Job Duties: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students across various subjects and age groups as required by the school Follow the school's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual students Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive discipline and respect Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to plan and deliver lessons Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities as required Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and any incidents Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject Experience: Prior experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of the UK national curriculum and educational standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate students Strong organisational and time management abilities Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school environments Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications or specialisations in specific subjects or areas of education Working Conditions: Temporary position, with the possibility of daily or longer-term assignments Expected to work full-time hours, following the school's schedule Work in various school settings, potentially across different age groups and subjects May involve occasional travel to different school locations within the South East England region All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
