Your main duties will include:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support to students including those with a special educational need
- Conduct small group or one-on-one tutoring sessions to reinforce learning concepts
- Assist in classroom management and behaviour management strategies
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students in their social and emotional development
- Help students with their creative writing projects and assignments
Requirements:
- Experience working with children within UK schools
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to mentor and motivate students to reach their full potential
- Patience and empathy when working with students who may face challenges in their learning journey

There are opportunities to work either full time, part time or on a supply basis, if you demonstrate to be an excellent addition to the team, there will be an opportunity to progress permanent position.
