As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning activities within the classroom. Your responsibilities will include assisting the teacher in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, helping with classroom management, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
Provide individualized support to students who require extra assistance
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies
Help prepare materials and resources for lessons
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet the needs of all students
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a career in education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings
