Support and Advice Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Support and Advice Worker to join our team at the Youth Advice Centre (YAC) in Crawley. You will provide advice, information, Support and guidance to vulnerable young people around a variety of issues including sexual, physical and mental health, education, employment and training, benefits and housing advice, family and relationships and community safety. Providing a safe space where all service users identities are respected and their needs are met, you will actively engage and educate young people using the general advice drop-in providing a range of evidence-based information on a wide range of issues and connecting young people with internal and external support pathways. This role is based on site in Crawley, working 3 days a week (days to be discussed at interview).
