Support Engineer Hvac

Our client is a European multinational group that manufactures and sells innovative products and customised solutions in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration. They have around twenty subsidiaries spread across the world and where they do not have a branch office they work with selected local partners on an exclusive basis. In the UK they have a full operation based just South of London and have a large existing customer base. This is an exciting group with aggressive growth plans, a strong financial position, excellent products, and a competitive package.

-- MISSION --

The Support Engineer HVAC will reinforce the sales and technical development process with the leading HVAC OEM customers. The key task will be the support the implementation by the key manufacturers of heat pumps and ventilation units of the high-efficiency solutions provided by the Group with a particular focus on compressor variable speed drivers, natural refrigerants, and advanced connectivity.

-- RESPONSIBILITIES --

• Reinforce and foster the business and the presence of the Group within the HVAC manufacturer market by ensuring the required level of technical support services to the Key OEM customers during the different process phases (qualification, testing,certification, adoption, delivery, after-sales)

• Manage technical support and quality required operation services

• Identify and provide solutions to meet the customer's needs with a consultancy approach also with the support of the available resources available within the Group

• Technical liaise between the market and the Headquarters

• Use and maintain the required level of the adopted CRM tools

-- REQUIREMENTS --

• 2/4 years experience in a similar role

• Technical background or excellent technical understanding

• Solid Electronic/Electric literacy knowhow and solid Digital skills

• Knowledge of the HVAC/Refrigeration and technics is a plus

• Capability to embrace and advocate innovations for the future

• Customer acumen

• Fluency in English (verbally and written)

• Motivation and organizational performance
