Support for Learning Assistant

Newbattle Abbey College is looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Support for Learning Assistant on a fixed term to 21st June 2024.  We are looking for candidates who are passionate about adult learning and access to education. 1FTE (35 hours per week), with hours of work to be agreed with Line Manager.  The role will support students with learning and wellbeing, working proactively with students to build resilience, providing pastoral support and building peer support networks. Applicants are required to undergo a PVG check. The closing date for applications is 11th March 2024 at 5 pm, with interviews expected during the week of March 18th, 2024.
