Support Manager

You would be working for a rapidly expanding charity organisation as a Deputy Manager based in Hull for a supported living service. You will support a team of 3 service coordinators and a service manager for a new project.
 
Your key responsibilities will include:
 

• Covering 7 locations across Hull.
• Managing day to day running of the service.
• Empowering team managers to provide person centred support.
• Setting up new referrals and new business.
• Inducting and training of staff.

 
To Apply for the role you must have NVQ Level 5 or equivalent or be willing to work towards this. Driving is preferable but not essential for the role. The hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 with an on call weekend shift every 5th week.
