SalaryWe are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in Midlothian as Support Practitioners. This is a permanent, full-time position, and we are specifically looking for candidates with a valid driver's license, as the role involves covering the Midlothian area.
Key Details:
- Location: Midlothian (covering areas such as Loanhead, Gorebridge, Penicuik, Dalkeith)
- Work Hours: Minimum 30+ hours per week, with day shifts and sleepovers
- Eligibility: Car drivers only, no sponsorship available
Role Overview:
As a Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing 1:1 care to adults in their own homes, with a focus on individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and be familiar with the local community.
Additional Information:
- Pay Rate: £11.10-£11.77 per hour (rising to over £12 in April)
- Overtime: Any hours worked over 37.5 hours will be paid at time and a half
- Estimated Salary: A candidate working 45 hours per week could earn a salary of £30,000 plus
