SalaryA fantastic opportunity has become available for a Support Worker to join a social care organisation based in Mirfield where the staff team play a key role to positively encourage development of adults who have a range of complex and diverse needs.
Details of the role:
• Shifts will be day shifts on weekends and weekdays (some sleep ins may be required)
• Location: Mirfield
• Pay rate £10.60 - £12.19 per hour
What are the requirements for this role?
• You will need to show you have the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team whilst demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Have the willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Have a full drivers licence with access to your own vehicle.
• Be willing to participate in relevant training to support you in your role.
• Have a broad understanding of all aspect of care.
This position is advertised on a temporary to permanent basis where by you will complete a 12-week period with the support of AJ Recruitment, resulting in a permanent position and transferring to our client at the end of the 12 weeks whereby you will be working to a set roster, however there is often the opportunity to work overtime.
