Support Worker

I am recruiting a number of CARING and PASSIONATESupport Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service, which is located in Denbigh, Denbighshire supports adults aged between 18 - 65.
The service is looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.
Salary: £26,083 - £26,499 (including sleeps) Plenty of overtime available!
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week 1 sleep per week
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: A variety of shifts including optional sleeps including weekends
Location: Denbigh, Denbighshire

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for the following:

• Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
• Ensuring the safety of the service users.
• Following care plans for each individual.
• Taking service users out into the community.
• Participating in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
• Varying levels of personal care.

Requirements:

• No experience is required.
• Must be resilient.
• Drivers ESSENTIAL
• Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
