Key Responsibilities: As a Support Worker, your primary role is to provide essential support to individuals in their day-to-day living. Work Settings: You'll have the flexibility to choose between working in Hospital or Care Home settings, allowing you to align your work environment with your preferences.
Duties:
- Providing support and assistance to individuals with diverse needs.
- Offering personal care to enhance individual well-being.
- Facilitating daily living activities to promote independence.
- Ensuring the maintenance of the highest possible level of care.
- Assisting individuals with various aspects of daily life.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- A collaborative team player with a compassionate approach.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including Earlies, Long days, Lates, and Nights, to accommodate personal needs and family commitments.
- Previous agency experience is preferred.
