Role Description Support Worker You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK. SeeAbility is unable to support any sponsorship requests. Location: Seaford, East Sussex Salary: £12.00 per hour (£23,400 per annum) pro-rata plus benefits. Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Shifts: 7.00am to 3.00pm or 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Employment type: Full-time, Permanent.You must hold a UK Driving licence to apply for this role. Furthermore, as Support Worker you will be responsible for: Daily activities such as personal care; laundry; meal preparation; medication and administration. Getting to know the people you will care for and help them to live the life they want to live. Taking personal responsibility for the quality of care and assistance delivered to the people you will care for Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people you will take care of Helping the people you will assist plan towards and achieve both short and long term aims. Planning and be in favour of activities, such as vacations, learning and social engagements always being creative and exploring new opportunities Assisting the people, you will assist to manage their personal affairs making, preparing for, and attending any appointments. Ensuring the people, you will assist and their families, are treated with respect, dignity, and equality.
