Supporting People

• Provide support to individuals with additional needs through our person-centred approach.
• With dignity and care to maximise their independence, putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Provide social inclusion opportunities through use of local amenities such as leisure attractions, walks, skilled activities, and support with gaining employment and recognised qualifications.
• Support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, and encouraging good personal hygiene.
• Ensure the people we support are always safeguarded, by following accurate up to date care plans.

• Hours: Full time
• Rate: £12.00 per hour
• Overtime / Bank: £13.44 per hour

Training

We provide a wide range of free training bespoke to the service and individuals we support, which we regularly update to reflect current sector wide policy and best practice. Our training services are designed to offer advice and guidance in a range of areas to services that support people with complex mental health diagnoses.

Service

Heaton Lodge supports clients with complex mental health needs. Heaton is supported by a team of staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
