We are looking for a confident Support Workerwith a passion for delivering outstanding care.
Please note this role is a Maternity Cover role with a fixed term contract of 9 months from August 2024 - May 2025
You'll be working 42 hours a week, 12 hour day shift, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Birches.
Birches is a 6 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may also present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day...

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
