Azalea is an 8-bed residential care home in Bedford! We support adults with learning, mental and physical disabilities to live a happy and active lifestyle while achieving their personal goals and aspirations, as well as supporting them to love the life they love!

The individuals we support here at Azalea love spending time in the garden and have recently taken part in the Salutem in Bloom competition and we were awarded a special CEO commendation for all our hard work! We’ve turned old pallets into a new bench outside to sit and enjoy the sun and we’ve grown vegetables to use whilst cooking our own meals together. We love to celebrate each other’s birthdays by throwing a party, eating lots of food and of course cake! We love taking trips out into the community, whether that be shopping or for a coffee with friends!

Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to provide daily support to adults in our residential services. It’s definitely not a normal 9-5, you can work days, nights, and flexible shifts too. Talking of ‘dream’ jobs, some of our shifts are sleep-ins!
