A rare opportunity has just emerged to join our very friendly, enthusiastic and supportive team at Lower Hanham Road.
We Support 5 young adults in all aspects of their lives, promoting independence. Support to manage their tenancy, promoting health and wellbeing, accessing social opportunities and to fulfil their aspirations in life.

The LHR team works a variety of shift patterns in accordance with the lifestyles of our tenants. You will need to follow support plans and uphold an effective and innovative practice in accordance with the Trust’s policies and procedures.
The team at LHR provides 1:1 support and 24-hour core (shared and overnight sleep-in support) to the tenants. We need staff to be flexible and to work weekends.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and person-centred values, with a positive can-do attitude, who will work well within the team, as well as using your initiative. Be able to clearly document outcomes and how you are supporting people to achieve.
The successful candidate will be a good listener, able to communicate effectively with the tenants, as well as all the social care professionals involved in their support and have a genuine desire to play a key role in the lives of five young people, finding new ways to promote their independence.At Milestones Trust we recognise that without the hard work, commitment and passion of our staff, we wouldn’t be the charity that we are today.
