Support Worker

Are you experienced in providing support to people with various disabilities and mental health challenges? Are you looking for a new flexible challenge?

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our agency team to support living services based in Cradley Health. We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join on agency providing 2:1 support where necessary.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 months UK experience in supported living or mental health service
• To be a resilient, supportive, and ready for a new challenge
• Have the right to work full-time in the UK without restrictions

What's in it for you?
• An hourly rate of £11 per hour with weekly pay every Friday
• On-going continuous support from Reed’s Health and Care team, including specialist in house-training
Due to the nature of the role you will need to pass safe recruitment checks, including:
• Police Checks: DBS if not already on the update service. In line with UK Government and Reed standards if you been based outside of the UK for more than 6 months in the last 10 years, then an international police check will need to be conducted (unless you have your own dated in the last 3 months)
• Training: You will be required to complete Reed's online training including virtual instructor-led training
• And other checks including interviews, right to work and references
