Interaction Recruitment are currently looking to recruit Support Worker s to work within a variety of environments within the Camborne and surrounding area s covering a variety of services including Supported Living, Residential Services, Specialist Units and plus many other services as part of our established health and social care agency.
The Role:
Assisting with daily living and domestic dutiesDeveloping positive working relationshipsEnsuring that the health, safety and welfare of clients is always protectedMaintaining accurate and up to date reports such as support plansRespect the individuality and confidentiality of each clientBuild and maintain relationships with service users. As a Support Worker – the following experience and characteristics are considered essential to the role:
A minimum of 6 months experience within a healthcare environment, preferably supporting clients with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour or mental health needs.The ability to be patient & calm under pressureEasily adaptable to new environmentsReliable & trustworthyEligible to work in the UK –Right to work.Access to your own transport is desirable, however this is not essential What Interaction offers you:
