Position: Support Worker for Children aged 16+ within Supported Accommodation
Location: Enfield & Ilford, North East London
Salary: £2000 - £3300 per month
Start Date: May / June 2024
Work Schedule:
- Minimum: 2 Day Shifts & 3 Sleeping Night Shifts weekly
- Maximum: 3 Day Shifts & 5 Sleeping Night Shifts weekly
- Day Shift: 8am - 6pm
- Sleeping Night Shift: 6pm - 8am (Sleeping Hours: 12-7am)
Essential Qualifications:
- Current DBS (within last 12 months).
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, or a relevant discipline.
- Experience working with 16-18-year-old Care Leavers.
- Must be available to work night and/or weekend shifts.
- Must be permitted to work in the UK
Role Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and mentor a group of young individuals.
- Keep accurate daily logs, monthly reports, and incident records using our bespoke IT system.
- Participate in monthly supervisions with experienced social workers.
- Maintain cleanliness in communal areas.
- Ensure cover is arranged for escort duties as necessary.
- Adhere to established shift patterns as allocated monthly.
