About us:
Premier Care Management is constantly expanding and our team has a wealth of experience in working with young vulnerable children/adults, mental health,drug/alcohol misuse, violence and aggression and attachment disorders.
All staff are enhanced DBS checked and continue their professional development with in house training and various external training courses.
Skills Required:
- Support the Young People's independence with household tasks, budgeting their money and prompt personal care.
- Complete mandatory training courses and other recommended training to support with own development
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Young People, parents, external professionals, and colleagues
- To work to the requirements of Every Child Matters, Leaving Care Act 2018 and implement this within the outreach setting.
- To ensure that the Young People live in a safe environment where the welfare of the Young People is paramount.
- To work within PCM Policies and Procedures and the Company Statement.
- To be accountable for time spent with the young person and actions taken.
- To complete daily contact notes following shift completed.
- Where appropriate liaise with other domiciliary providers in regard to the young person's needs.
- To promote anti discriminatory practices and equal opportunities in accordance with The Equality Act 2010.
- To attend regular Team Meetings, In house training and supervisions.
