Brothers of Charity Services (Scotland) are one of the largest care and support providers in the Scottish Borders and we currently have a vacancy for Support Workers with our supported people living in Galashiels.
As a Support Worker you will be passionate about supporting people with a learning disability and other additional support needs with values which match the organisations of Care, Compassion, Commitment, Courage, and Communication. In the role of Support Worker, you will provide encouragement and enable our supported people to become active members of their community and fulfil their goals and aspirations in life.

Due to the nature of the service the successful applicant needs to be female.
This role will involve you working a variety of shifts including 2 weekends out of 4.
To be eligible for this role you will need to have acceptable membership of the PVG scheme, become registered with an appropriate regulatory body within 3 months of the start of your employment and be qualified to at least SVQ Level III or HNC Social Care.
