Support Worker

Service Care Solutions are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, working via agency on a flexible basis. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and promote independence for adults with complex and high-dependency needs, including those with brain injuries and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.
• Encourage and assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with families and involve them in the care process.
• Support individuals in making decisions that affect their lives.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on the progress and needs of individuals.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
