We are looking for Support Workers who like us believe that every individual matters and have a passion to be the best at everything they do. As a Support Worker at David Lewis you will be supporting young people and adults with learning difficulties, epilepsy and autism in their daily lives. DBS and Update Service paid for

Paid whilst training 

We offer the following contracts:

Full time 37.5 hours a week 

Part-time 22.5 and 30 hours a week

Located in Warford, near Alderley Edge, we are at the forefront of care, education, assessment, treatment and skill development for people aged 16 years upwards with complex needs including epilepsy, physical and learning disabilities and other neurological conditions.

We offer a market leading salary, £21,826.13 to £23,685.75 dependant on qualifications.

Shift times are as follows:

7.30am - 3.00pm or Late 2.00pm - 9.30pm.

The rota will consist of a mixture of both early and late shifts.

You would be required to work at least, 2 weekends out of 4

Salary Enhancements:

Weekend work paid at 1.3x basic rate;

Up to 3x basic rate for Bank Holidays

The chance to pick up overtime on a regular basis
