Salary: £12.50 - £14.50 Per Hour
Job Duties:- Provide support and assistance to individuals in a social services setting
- Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals in daily activities and outings
- Monitor and report on individual progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Valid DBS check
- Good understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a similar Support worker role
- Experience in providing care and support to individuals with varying needs
- Understanding of person-centred care principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping and reporting
- First Aid Certification
- Mental Health First Aid Training
- Full-Time or Part time hours to suit, with potential for evening and weekend shifts
- Work in a care setting with individuals with varying needs
- Physical requirements including standing, bending, and lifting
- Potential exposure to challenging behaviours
