We are recruiting for Support Workers to join our team in Lincoln. You will need to be a driver with a full UK driving license.

You will support twin brothers who have autism but both have very different personalities. We’re looking for candidates who are kind, dedicated and have a passion for people. You will need to enjoy physical activity because long walks and swimming are a loved activity in this home therefore you must be able to swim.
 
Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If you have other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need. You will use the best of your personality and skills every day. From supporting people to enjoy their favourite activities to enabling people to live independently, you will make a real difference.
