We are actively recruiting in Bristol to find confident Support Workers that can regularly assist some local services as an agency staff member. Experience and competency with medication administration is essential for this role, due to the requirements of the services and the people they support.
You would be providing support including personal care, assisting with medications, daily activities, taking clients out into the community and encouraging service users to lead a more fulfilled life.
We work with a wide range of services that provide support for people of all backgrounds including people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and acquired brain injuries.
Some services we work with have special requirements regarding training. Please let us know if you have any of the below:
- Epilepsy / Administering Midazolam
- Positive Behavioural Management
- MAPA, MAYBO, or PMVA
- Dysphagia
- PEG Feeding
- Medication Administration
You will be paid weekly, with the PAYE rates ranging from £11 - £13 per hour (plus holiday pay) dependent on the shift worked. This will be increasing from April 2024.
The hours are flexible to suit your lifestyle, ranging from full time to part time work. Our shift patterns include: earlies, lates, long days, night shifts and sleep-ins.
