Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and autism. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, and supporting individuals with their emotional and social needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and autism
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Promote independence and empower individuals to achieve their goals
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for service users
- Support individuals with their emotional and social needs

- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or Level 3 in Children and Young People's Residential Care (desirable, but not essential as training can be provided)
