We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated preferably female Support Worker to join our team. This role entails working with young vulnerable women, aged 18-25 with low support needs, who are living in shared semi independent accommodations. (North London Based). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
```Duties```
-Carrying out keywork sessions and needs assessments with clients
-House inspections
-Submitting applications e.g. housing benefit
-Day to day admin duties
-Liasing with suppliers
-Liasing with local authorities
-Arranging property viewings for potential clients
-Carrying out assessments for potential clients
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A driving licence and your own car
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals
- The ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
- A genuine passion for helping others
