We are looking to recruit a Community Outreach Support Worker to support existing and new clients around Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, various working hours available.
You will work proactively and creatively in the community with people with a Learning Disability and Autism; helping access opportunities, develop skills and become active citizens. Our staff team are people who share our values, want to help others navigate a way forward, and most of all, people who have care and support at the heart of what they do.
