Support Worker

Role: Support Practitioner
Salary: £21,318 - £22,285 per annum doe
Location: Perth
Working hours: Monday - Friday between 9am & 5pm - no weekends!
Search Consultancy is working with our client in Perth who is looking for Support Practitioners to join their team on a permanent full time basis (will also consider part time applications).

The role will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and is a permanent 37hr per week contract.
Our client supports vulnerable people with various support needs including; Mental Health Issues, Substance Use Issues, Offending Behaviour, New to Own Tenancy, Fleeing Domestic Abuse, At Risk of Rough Sleeping/Homelessness, Anti-Social Behaviour (not an exhaustive list). No personla care reuquired.

If you have experience working in an outreach environment or if you have life experience in homelessness and/or addictions then we want to hear from you. You will provide the highest standards of respect, support and care; overall, ensuring the dignity of the clients is maintained at all times. You need to be a good team player, communicator, listener, to be focused, dedicated and reliable.

You will be approachable, respectful and will have the personality to deal with different people and resilience to deal with challenging behaviours.
