As a support worker in our new Welwyn Garden City service, you'll play a vital role in providing engaged and focused support, aiding with daily activities, and promoting independence and well-being.
You’ll need your Level 3 in Health & Social Care (CYP) or be ready to complete it. To add to your current qualifications and experience, specialist training will be provided in the following areas:
- Suicidal Awareness and Prevention
- Anti Ligature
- Trauma and PTSD
- Level 2 Autism
