AS1566/AS1567 - 14 hours per week

AS1568/AS1569 - 21 hours per week

AS1570 - 17.55 hours per week

AS1571 - 28 hours per week

As an essential part of the Joint Dementia Team, whose purpose is to enable people who have a diagnosis of dementia to live in their homes for as long as possible with the best possible quality of life. You will provide practical help, supervision and support in a small group setting. Tasks undertaken will be dependent on the needs of the individual clients and may include personal care tasks, activities, shopping, visits to local community activity, café, and drives in local areas of interest.

The successful candidate must be committed to registering with the SSSC when required.

You must have the ability to be mobile across the Falkirk Council area.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
